Food Service Worker (Fulltime Dipper)

Shift: 1st Shift 6:00AM-2:00PM

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for Rock Star Culinary and Hospitality Team Members who share our passion for Food and Service. We are seeking team members for full and part-time roles in a busy Hospital setting.

Below are the different positions available and their key responsibilities:

• Culinary Team Member: Learn the front and back of Dining Services; responsibilities include plating, setup & teardown of café, restaurant, retail areas, and assist in kitchen prep, dishroom, dry stock, perishable inventories and sanitation. Must bring strong work ethic, SMILE, and enjoy working in a TEAM environment.
• Patient Food Server (Dietary Aid): Ensure patients receive AMAZING in-room meals with service and smiles. Work under Clinical Dietitian guidance, comply with dietary instructions, assist with meal selection, tray setup, delivery, and removal. Strong focus on HOSPITALITY and compassion toward patients and residents.
• Line and Prep Cook: Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following Executive Chef menus. Inventory and portion ingredients. Assist in kitchen prep, dishroom, dry stock, perishable inventories and sanitation. Experience in resort ideal, but willing to train passionate candidates.
