Overview

Full and part‑time Food Service Workers are needed to provide high‑quality meals and exceptional service to youth residents in a fast‑paced dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, plate, and serve meals following Executive Chef menus.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Set up and tear down café, restaurant, and retail areas.
• Assist with prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories.
• Deliver in‑room meals, tray set up, and removal, ensuring compliance with dietary instructions.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or culinary experience preferred; training available.
• Must be flexible, including weekend and holiday availability.
