This leader will define strategies to expand market presence, optimize merchandising, and sharpen the customer experience across multi-unit operations.

The role requires a track record of managing large, geographically dispersed teams, strong P&L leadership, and the ability to align foodservice wholesale strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail, wholesale, or foodservice distribution.
• Proven success leading large multi-unit organizations and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth and deliver business results with financial, operational, and capital expenditure objectives.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic vision and growth plans for the Foodservice Warehouse business.
• Lead strategy, growth, and P&L performance to achieve revenue, margin and profitability targets.
• Establish Shamrock as the preferred warehouse solution through differentiated customer experience and value proposition.
• Coach and develop leaders, building a robust succession pipeline for growth.
