Tech24 is hiring a Foodservice PM (Hot-Side) Technician in San Antonio, TX. This role supports senior technicians in preventive maintenance and basic service on commercial foodservice equipment, with growth opportunities through hands-on training.

The position emphasizes mechanical aptitude, safety, and customer service as you learn diagnostics under experienced mentors, with a path to greater responsibility as skills and certifications progress.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related mechanical, HVAC, appliance repair, or foodservice equipment experience preferred.
• Trade school or technical school training strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with preventative maintenance on foodservice equipment.
• Perform routine PM tasks: test gas pressure, calibrate temps, clean equipment.
• Document service calls, parts used, and labor hours in company system.
• Maintain organized truck inventory and tool care.
• Follow safety regulations and provide professional onsite service.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and grow responsibilities.
