Performance Foodservice, part of Performance Food Group, seeks an Outside Sales professional to own the Victoria, TX territory. You will manage end-to-end relationships with independent accounts, win new business, and expand existing accounts.

The role features a training salary with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus benefits and a collaborative team culture. Local travel and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience as a chef, sous chef, or restaurant general manager is ideal.
• 2+ years working experience in a business-to-business outside sales role, preferred in foodservice
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generates additional business by analyzing territory and customers and delivering effective sales presentations.
• Grows sales and profit margins to meet goals.
• Sets up new customer accounts and coordinates deliveries and pricing with internal teams.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and timely service, including deliveries in emergencies.
• Builds additional business with current customers through product penetration to maximize profitability.
