Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional, Restaurant Manager, Culinary Manager, or Chef to join our world-class sales team. This outside sales role focuses on promoting Sysco products, building relationships with new and existing accounts, and helping customers succeed while meeting company sales and profit goals.

This position may require non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline or HS diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and manage the sales process from initiation to closing.
• Provide product information and training to customers.
• Drive to customer accounts and participate in events.
• Coordinate with credit and deliveries; manage receivables as needed.
• Attend sales and district meetings; participate in training and onboarding.
