Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
• 3+ years in restaurant management, B2B or outside sales.
• Sysco Sales Internship completion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate accounts to achieve profitable growth.
• Qualify prospects following account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor products/services to meet them.
• Monitor market trends and advise customers on products.
• Stay informed about competitors, share insights with customers.
• Handle questions on products, pricing, availability, and use.
• Provide product info and training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events.
• Collect accounts receivable as needed per credit terms.
• Manage deliveries per routing schedule and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in sales events and district meetings.
• Attend ongoing training and assist with onboarding.
• Review daily/weekly reports and prepare quotes/reports.
