Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote our products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts. The role may require evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus relevant sales/restaurant experience.
• Experience in outside sales or foodservice is preferred.
• Bi-lingual abilities are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Seek and qualify prospects following account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor a mix of products and services.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products to meet business goals.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events.
