Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality meals, and support management in menu development, staffing, scheduling, and safety compliance.

You will lead staff, conduct training, participate in hiring, and step in for the manager as needed, while maintaining HACCP standards and patient-centered service in an office/clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily staff activities including scheduling and meetings.
• Ensure timely completion of duties with quality, safety and HACCP standards.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of staff; conduct training.
• Serve as a resource for staff, patients, and guests and resolve issues.
• Support development and implementation of policies and procedures; evaluate staff.
• Support data collection and analysis for performance improvement.
• Perform opening/closing duties and step in for the manager when needed.
• Handle additional tasks such as cash handling, cooking, patient meal rounds, and menu decisions.
