You will train and mentor staff, oversee daily tasks, and maintain clean self-serve options while coordinating with leadership for inspections. The position requires 21+, a flexible 24/7 schedule, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible schedule for 24/7 store operations, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to engage team members and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Collected and composed under pressure while delivering excellent service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to recognize issues and implement solutions.
• 2+ years of foodservice management experience preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification held or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee all tasks and duties required of team members.
• Train, mentor, and supervise store team members.
• Maintain safe food preparation and clean self-service areas (food & drink dispensers).
• Inspect facilities and equipment with the Store Director and third-party inspections.
