Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced sales professional to join its outside sales team in the Florida/Sebring area. The role focuses on promoting Sysco products and building relationships with new and existing accounts to meet sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with sales or hospitality background.
• Alternative: HSD/GED with 3 years Restaurant Management or outside sales experience.
• Bi-Lingual capability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and grow profitable sales in the assigned territory.
• Qualify prospects and follow company account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor product/service mix.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer sites and attend meetings.
• Manage deliveries and coordinate with credit and transportation as needed.
