Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Forklift Warehouse Operator for the 3rd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will help move materials and finished goods safely and accurately in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating forklifts, RF scanning, and maintaining accurate inventory while following PPE, GMP, and safety standards. Candidates should have forklift experience and be able to work in cold and warm areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, safety-minded team player.
• Comfort using RF scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with materials or finished goods.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and ride-on equipment in warehouses, freezer, dock, and production areas.
• Move materials to production workstations, storage areas, and shipping/receiving locations.
• Use handheld RF scanners, complete inventory cycle counts, and help resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect equipment, complete daily pre-start checks, and report damages, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following PPE, GMP, and company safety requirements.
