Job summary

Chartwells K-12 in Arlington, MN is seeking a full-time Food Unit Lead to coordinate activities of other food-service staff at Sibley East Public Schools. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with a focus on delivering quality service and a positive dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory food service experience, with opportunities for training and career growth within Chartwells K-12.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency.
• Determines work procedures, schedules and expedites workflow.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports such as inventory, payroll and time-keeping.
• Directs sanitation and safety of the facility and staff.
