Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Creates an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverage items per company standards.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Manages daily/weekly/monthly reports and cash handling as per policy.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance of facility and staff.
