Eurest is hiring for a full-time Food Unit Lead in Seattle, WA. The role emphasizes customer service, coffee knowledge, cost control, team leadership, and QA experience in daily operations. The position follows a 8:30 am–3:30 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, with on-site work.

Successful candidates will manage food-service activities, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and support inventory and payroll reporting. Internal referrals are encouraged and guidance provided during interviews.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Coffee knowledge helpful for daily operations.
• Invenotry/cost control experience needed.
• Team management experience required.
• QA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees food and beverage prep and presentation per standards.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely meal service.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency.
• Determines procedures and schedules; expedites workflow.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Responsible for cash handling per policy in Food Accounting Manual.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Directs sanitation and safety compliance.
• Develops sanitation schedules and enforces cleaning.”
• Issues written and oral instructions and orients staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
