Job summary

The Flying V is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food Truck operations. As Truck Manager, you will supervise staff, train the team, and uphold the restaurant’s high standards across multiple events.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with restaurant management experience, capable of ensuring smooth operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction at festivals, breweries, weddings, and private events.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience managing a restaurant or food truck.
• Familiarity with Square POS systems.
• Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
