About the Role:

Join Food Geeks Hospitality Group as a Food Truck Line Cook and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of mobile cuisine! In this dynamic role, you’ll showcase your culinary skills while serving delicious dishes to our loyal customers Our Food is stationary in the Waxhaw NC Area.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to perfection in a fast-paced food truck environment.

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met consistently.

Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for seasonal specials.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing food inventory.

Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service and food presentation.

Adapt quickly to changing orders and high-volume service demands.

Participate in food truck events and festivals to promote our brand.

Help train new team members on cooking techniques and food truck operations.

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or food truck setting.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Passion for food and creating exceptional culinary experiences.
