• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Food Transporter/Delivery Driver positions.
• Location: Piedmont - 1350 Walton Way, Augusta, GA 30901. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days may vary, from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: No prior experience required. Willing to train!
• Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Delivers food, supplies, and other products to units and areas of service using a vehicle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick up requisitioned supplies from staging clerk.
• Receive completed production orders and inventory items.
• Load orders onto truck safely and orderly.
• Unload requisitioned materials at delivery site.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and equipment.
• Ensure food items meet sanitation and safety standards.
• Collect empty containers and rejected merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Perform routine maintenance on the truck.
• Interact with coworkers to ensure service standards.
• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid state driver's license and food handler's permit if required.
• Safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws.
