Job summary

SkyChefs is seeking a Materials Logistics/Supply Chain Manager to oversee all supply chain metrics for the CSCs in the region, driving end-to-end inventory oversight from forecasting through delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and regulatory compliance. You will also manage production planning, perishable food spend, SKUs, and a team of 10.

Ideal candidates bring strong food knowledge, HACCP and regulatory experience, proven leadership, and expertise in purchasing, materials management,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
8+ years of hands-on leadership in supply chain or materials management.
Experience in SAP MM is required.
Proven forecasting, demand planning and vendor management experience.
Lean manufacturing and supply chain leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and financial stewardship.
Lead a warehouse team through coaching and development.
Ensure receiving, storage, requisitioning, and distribution processes are executed efficiently.
Implement enterprise-wide supply chain policies and ensure consistent execution across the region.
Drive achievement of annual quality, cost, and delivery goals.
Manage materials from receipt to production and maintain par levels.
Ensure regulatory compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, and other standards.
Perform facility and equipment inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
