Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end operations for a ghost kitchen concept, including demand planning, materials planning, inventory management, purchasing coordination, warehousing, and outbound distribution.

This role ensures the right ingredients, packaging, purchased finished goods, and manufactured products are available at the right time while maintaining inventory levels and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or similar.
• 3+ years of demand and materials planning in a food production environment.
• Experience managing raw ingredients, finished goods, and perishable inventory.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience managing inventory against budget or working-capital targets.

Responsibilities

• Demand & materials planning: translate demand into purchasing, production, and inventory requirements.
• Inventory management: balance investment with availability, shelf life, waste, and aging.
• Procurement & suppliers: work with procurement to execute strategy and manage shortages.
• Warehousing & distribution: oversee receiving, storage, and outbound fulfillment; support WMS rollout.
• Systems & reporting: build planning trackers; own supply chain KPIs; support ERP/MRP tools.
• Food safety & compliance: support GMP, SQF, FSQA, traceability, and controls for perishable inventory.
