Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking a Food Supervisor at Morgan State University to oversee daily food-service operations across multiple outlets, ensure quality and safety, and support frontline staff. You will coordinate shifts and supervise service employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences on campus.

You will lead orientation and training, address customer feedback, and maintain reliable attendance across varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and staff.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.
