Job summary

Mid-Ohio Food Collective is seeking a detail-oriented Food Sourcing Coordinator to join our team. You will support Procurement and Donation Acquisition, bridging office analytics with field-based relationship management.

You will manage data in ERP/CRM, coordinate with vendors and donors, and travel up to 90% to ensure timely food delivery across our network. The role requires 3+ years in coordination or donor relations and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in coordination, supply chain, procurement, or donor relations.
• Experience with ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Operational support: manage quantity and timing of purchases using forecasts.
• Vendor and donor relations: support engagement, recognition activities, and bid requests.
• Data & compliance: maintain records in ERP/CRM, generate reports, track compliance.
• Financial coordination: track expenses and coordinate invoices with Finance.
• Field work: conduct site visits and travel extensively within the network.
