Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Dining Services team, ensuring safe, nutritious meals and outstanding guest service.

You will oversee cash handling and job reporting, maintain quality standards, and mentor staff. Required: High School Diploma and ServSafe certification; strong organization, English fluency, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED/Certificate).
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
• Must have good organization and decision making skills.
• Able to read and speak English.
• ServSafe certification required within first 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, engage, and coordinate the activities of Dining Services employees.
• Ensure provision of safe and nutritious food and maintain great customer service.
• Manage cash register and sales reports, including doctors’ accounts and billing.
