University of Oklahoma is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee, train, and evaluate dining staff. You will determine work priorities, plan schedules, and supervise service, food preparation, and guest interactions.
The role requires 36 months in food services with at least 12 months in a supervisory capacity, and a ServSafe Certification. Weekend/holiday coverage and university closings may apply; a background check is required.
Pay Range:Targeted salary up to $17.00 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule:Varies based on business needs, but most often a Sunday - Thursday schedule as a closer for the kitchen/production, noon - 8:30 p.m.

Position Introduction:
This position is responsible for supervising, training and evaluating assigned personnel. They will determine work priorities, plan schedules, assign and review work. They will serve as an active member of the service team, to include following recipes to prepare food, operating the cash register, and interacting with guests.
Duties:
*As essential personnel you may be required to work during University closings and inclement weather. Nights and weekends may apply for any operation. Hepatitis A Vaccine required if hired, or annual testing. Cleveland County Food Handlers Card required within onboarding timeframe
