Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. seeks a Food Services Director for the Fox Hill location. The role leads the dietary department, plans nutritionally balanced meals, manages purchases, production, and timely service, and directs dietary staff to deliver high-quality care.

Requires ServSafe, Certified Dietary Manager or willingness to certify, and 2+ years in food service management. Full-time day shift with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Dietary Manager Certification or willingness to become certified is required.
• 2+ years of experience in food service management is required.
• Long term care dietary management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the Dietary Department daily to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Plans nutritionally balanced and therapeutic meals reflecting residents' likes/dislikes and public health regulations.
• Responsible for food purchase, production, and timely service of meals.
• Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel.
• Hires, orients, trains, counsels, disciplines, and terminates dietary employees as needed.

• Hires, orients, trains, counsels, disciplines, and when appropriate, terminates dietary employees
• Ability to work independently or part of a group
