BayCare Health System is seeking a dedicated Food Services Team Member to serve patients, guests and families and to support the Food and Nutrition Services department.

The role requires at least 1 year of food services experience and a background in coordinating or supervising activities. A HS diploma or GED is required, and ServSafe certification within 1 year is encouraged. The position is based at a BayCare facility in Saint Joseph North and involves varied shift hours with no remote work.

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our patients, team members, and families by joining our food services team.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment. May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas. Receive and store food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles. Act as a liaison between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services. Perform other duties as assigned.
