Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a part-time Food Service Assistant at the College Hill Campus to stock and rotate snacks, monitor inventory, and transport supplies throughout the hospital.

You will follow food safety and sanitation standards, keep snack rooms organized, and support other Food Services tasks while delivering friendly service to patients, families, and staff. Starting pay ranges from $16.75 to $20.27 per hour, with opportunities for pay differentials based on experience and role.

Responsibilities

• Stock patient and family snack rooms with food, beverages, and supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed
• Rotate stock and check expiration dates to ensure food quality and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of snack rooms and storage areas
• Transport food, beverages, and supplies throughout the hospital
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards
• Communicate inventory needs and supply concerns to leadership
• Support other Food Services functions as assigned
