Eurest is hiring immediately for seasonal FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.

Location: BSA Mack Dining - 2 Scout Lane, Newmanstown, PA 17073

Schedule: Seasonal hours vary for summer camp; early morning and evening shifts available. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous foodservice experience required.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weighs and measures ingredients.
3. Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator, following safety standards.
4. Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
5. Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
7. Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portion control.
8. Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following steps of service.
9. Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
10. Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
11. Maintains sanitation and safety standards.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
