Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Florida seeks a Food & Nutrition-Patient Svcs team member to assemble patient meals, prepare cold foods, and ensure sanitation in line with HACCP standards.

The role performs warewashing tasks, supports daily operations, and collaborates with team members to meet quality and service guidelines in a hospital setting.

Weekend/holiday shifts are required; prior hospitality experience is preferred and a High School Diploma, GED, or Certificate is encouraged.

Qualificações

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
• Prefer one (1) year experience in a hospitality service environment.
• Prefer verbal ability to read and understand written instructions, recipes, and labels.
