Job Description

As a Food Service Worker, you'll assist with food preparation, portioning meals, and serving customers. Under the guidance of your manager, you'll learn on the job and build connections with those we serve. We seek team players who are organized, focused, accountable, and bring a positive attitude every day.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and assist in food preparation and product dating.
2. Set up and break down stations as designated by the manager.
3. Prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
4. Ensure accurate portioning during preparation and serving.
5. Maintain daily temperature logs.
6. Take samples of all food items prior to serving.
7. Alert management of any quality issues with food items.
8. Complete opening and closing checklists.
9. Greet customers and handle feedback positively.
10. Maintain a clean work station and sanitize all areas and utensils.
11. Dispose of waste properly.
12. Transfer supplies and equipment as needed.
13. Report safety hazards and assist with safety observations.
14. Cross-train in various areas as needed.
15. Work in concessions, catering, and during special events as required.
16. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
17. Lead and advise team members to ensure timely service, requesting support as needed.
