As a Food Service Worker, you’ll assist with food prep, portioning meals, and serving our loyal customers. With guidance from your manager, you’ll learn on the job and make great connections with the people we serve. Job Responsibilities

1. Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
2. Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
3. Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
4. Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
5. Maintain daily temperature logs.
6. Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving.
7. Alert management and pull food items that do not meet quality expectations.
8. Complete opening and closing station checklists.
9. Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line.
10. Ask customers about their service experience and handle complaints positively.
11. Maintain a clean work station, including floors, equipment, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
12. Ensure all work areas and utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
13. Properly dispose of waste from the service line.
14. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
15. Assist with daily safety observations and report hazards.
16. Cross-train in different areas as needed.
17. Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
18. Perform tasks assigned by your manager regularly.
19. Lead and advise team members for timely and effective customer service.
