Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a Full-time, Rotating Shift, Food Service Worker II (Team Lead) for Food Services.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Food Service Workers in daily food and tray line setup, service, and cleanup/sanitation.
2. Train new staff and conduct inventory.
3. Assign tasks, monitor portion control, and ensure sanitation of service areas and equipment.
4. Follow procedures for recipes, menus, quality, and safe food handling guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Certified Food Service Handler's Card as required by local Health Department.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. At least 2 years of food service experience.
