Acts as Lead person and leads Food Service Workers in daily food and tray line set up, service and clean up/sanitation. Helps train new staff; conducts inventory, assigns tasks, monitors portion control and ensures service areas and equipment are sanitized and cleaned and procedures for recipes, menus, quality and safe food handling guidelines are followed.
Certified Food Service Handler’s Card (as required by local Health Department). Food Handlers required upon hire for all locations for SLC positions
