Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Worker to prepare and serve a variety of food items inside a jail/correctional facility. The role reports to a Food Service Director and is located on-site.

You will follow menus and recipes, ensure food safety, and work as part of a team. Benefits include training, growth opportunities, and daily access to earned wages through DailyPay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist team members in the preparation of quality foods following planned menus and work instructions.
• Maintain a neat, food-safe workstation and perform cleaning as you go, including trash removal, sweeping, and mopping.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook according to recipes.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, handling and storage.
• Perform routine kitchen tasks, staying organized and clean.
• Be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move as needed.
