Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Worker to accurately and efficiently prepare and serve a variety of foods within a correctional setting, following menus, recipes, and safety rules. You will use a range of kitchen equipment and work closely with teammates to ensure quality meals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with food service and adherence to safety regulations is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in the preparation of quality foods according to menus and recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation; perform cleaning as you go.
• Serve food during planned meal times according to policies.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals as required.
• Follow all sanitation and food handling regulations and keep equipment clean.
• Work in a fast-paced environment; lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
