Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.
• Location: Herbalife - 3200 Temple School Road, Winston Salem, NC 27107 (online applications only).
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Details provided during interview.
• Requirements: Two years of prior food service experience.
• Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays safely between stations.
• Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and utensils.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, following steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and inventory procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
