FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Food Service Worker positions at Grace Village Retirement Community, 337 Grace Village Drive, Winona Lake, IN 46590.

Schedule: Varies; days from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, including every other weekend and rotating holidays. More details provided upon interview.

Requirements: Customer service, food service, or culinary experience preferred but not required. ServSafe certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Measure ingredients accurately.
• Transport food items safely to and from workstations.
• Store food following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and equipment.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
• Address customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and inventory procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
