Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.
• Location: UChicago Medicine Advent Health Bolingbrook - 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; open availability preferred. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service experience is preferred.
• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely.
• Store food following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and utensils.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
