White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community in La Jolla, CA, seeks dining services team members to deliver high-quality meals to residents. The role involves setting up trays, serving meals, assisting with food prep, and maintaining a clean dining area in a supportive environment.

Pay rate ranges from $18.25 to $21.00 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match, plus tuition reimbursement and cell phone stipend.

Formación

• 6 months experience in related field preferred; Fast food or restaurant experience preferred
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) with residents

White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community (CCRC) in beautiful La Jolla, CA, is seeking individuals to join our dining services team. • Set tray cards; read tray service memo, set tray line and dish up soup, dinners, salads, desserts, coffee, water;
• Fill out menu; set tables for next meal; checks for supplies;
• Assist in preparation of food;
• Deliver and pick up food carts;
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and kitchen; adhere to sanitary guidelines;
• Ensure resident satisfaction by reflecting professionalism and customer service;

Requirements:
