Job Title: Food Service Worker

Location: Morrison Healthcare at Mclaren Macomb, 1000 Harrington Boulevard, Mount Clemens, MI 48043

Schedule: Full-time; hours may vary, including rotating weekends. More details provided during interview.

Pay Rate: $15.40 per hour

Requirements: No prior experience necessary.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Transport food to and from work stations, adhering to safety standards.
4. Store food following proper wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently, following service steps.
9. Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
10. Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, inventory, and cash control standards.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
