Mfinite Consulting LLC is hiring for Food Service Workers and Dietary Aides to join the New Hampshire Veterans Home dining team in Tilton, NH. You will help ensure meals are prepared, delivered, and served with care, supporting tray assembly, dining room service, and day-to-day meal operations.

This role emphasizes hands-on service, resident interaction, and collaboration with kitchen staff to meet dietary needs and ensure smooth meal service for veterans and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail when reading tray tickets and dietary restrictions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push meal carts.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Comfort working with elderly and veteran residents, including memory care.
• Flexibility to work indoors and/or outdoors depending on event needs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver meal trays in line with each resident's dietary requirements.
• Provide dining room and tray service support, including resident-facing meal assistance.
• Assist the Cook or Kitchen Supervisor with food preparation tasks as directed.
• Clean and sanitize dining and food-prep surfaces, tables, and chairs.
• Relay resident needs to kitchen staff to keep meal service running smoothly.

About The Role

Mfinite Consulting is hiring Food Service Workers and Dietary Aides to join the dining team at the New Hampshire Veterans Home. In this role, you'll help ensure our veteran residents receive meals that are prepared, delivered, and served with care — supporting tray assembly, dining room service, and day-to-day meal operations. What You'll Do

• Assemble and deliver meal trays in line with each resident's individual dietary requirements
• Provide dining room and tray service support, including direct, resident-facing meal assistance
• Assist the Cook or Kitchen Supervisor with food preparation tasks as directed
• Clean and sanitize dining and food‑prep surfaces, tables, and chairs
• Help keep meal service running smoothly and relay resident needs to kitchen staff

What You'll Need

• Food service experience preferred, but not required

• BEAS State Registry check
• OIG Exclusion List screening (at hire, with monthly re-screening thereafter)
• Annual Conviction Disclosure Attestation
• Fitness‑for‑dutY attestation, and physical/drug testing where applicable
• Review and attestation of NHVH policies and procedures (at hire and annually)
• Note: Former NHVH employees are not eligible for placement without prior NHVH approval
