Position Details:

• Part-Time: Mon, Tues & Fri from 1:00pm - 7:00pm with rotating weekends: Saturday 1:00pm - 7:00pm and Sunday 10:30am - 7:00pm (once per month) (18 - 28 hrs per week)

Your goals and objectives include:

• Taking initiative — identifying tasks that need to be done and acting on them
• Displaying a strong work ethic and completing daily cleaning tasks
• Ensuring major equipment is shut off, including the dishwasher, ovens, cooktops, steam table, and cold table
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen and pantry, including washing dishes and mopping floors
• Being aware of and applying any special dietary restrictions when preparing food for patients

Qualifications

Your Qualifications and Requirements will include:

• Experience working in an institutional kitchen is preferred
• Food Handler's Permit within 90 days of hire required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• 21 years of age or older (preferred)
