Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties and general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares fruits and vegetables, weighs and measures ingredients.
• Carries food and supplies, follows safety standards.
• Stores foods properly, ensures food safety and rotation.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follows sanitation and safety standards.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serves customers politely and efficiently.
• Interacts with customers, resolves complaints.
• Relays information to supervisors.
• Processes sales transactions accurately, handles cash and cards.
• Issues receipts, manages cash drawer, and performs refunds.
• Replenishes supplies, maintains cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
