Job summary

Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, RI, a 214-bed acute care hospital, is seeking a Food Service Aide to perform patient meal service, cafeteria support, and related duties in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering patient trays, stocking areas, tray line work, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Full-time, day shift; high school diploma preferred and county-specific food handler certification required.

Qualifications

• County-specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of patient and non patient food service duties such as preparing and delivering patient trays, servicing the cafeteria, working on tray line, stocking storage areas, preparing nourishments, dishwashing and pot washing, mopping and sweeping of floors and emptying of trash as well as other related tasks.

Education and Work Experience

• Starting July 1, 2017, High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

County Specific requirement.

• County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
