Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Previous food service, kitchen, cafeteria, healthcare, or institutional food-service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals and beverages.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals.
• Portion and distribute food according to established meal plans.
• Assist residents with courteous and respectful meal service.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and food-service areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Properly store food and supplies.
• Assist with receiving and organizing food deliveries and supplies.
• Follow established safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Work cooperatively with dietary staff, nursing staff, and other members of the care team.

• Pay Rate - $19.00 an hour
