Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Service
• Basic Assembly: Preparing simple menu items, trimming produce, slicing meats, and assembling patient trays or student meals.
• Line Serving: Setting up, refilling, and serving hot or cold items on the cafeteria line.
• Portion Control: Measuring exact servings according to specific recipe cards or medical diet restrictions.
• Catering Setup: Transporting meal carts and setting up designated layout spaces for events.
