Job Title: Food Service Worker

Employment Type: Full-time, Third shift

Job Description:

Responsible for preparation and delivery of off-scheduled patient services, ensuring high-quality presentation and customer satisfaction while maintaining sanitary conditions during service and clean-up. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Job Duties:

1. Perform prep work including washing, peeling, cutting, seeding vegetables and fruits, and measuring ingredients.
2. Wash pots and pans thoroughly using established procedures; sweep and mop kitchen and dish room floors.
3. Store foods properly in designated areas, following wrapping, dating, and food safety procedures.
4. Prepare meal items, hot and cold beverages, and replenish condiments and line items as needed.
5. Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
6. Operate cash register and maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Preferred Requirements:

• Food Handler card or ServSafe certification preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• One to three months of experience
