Position Details:
Your goals and objectives include:
Displays a hard work ethic and completes daily cleaning tasks
Ensures major equipment is shut off, including the dishwasher, ovens, cook tops, steam table, and the cold table
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen and pantry, including washing dishes, mopping floors etc.
Maintains awareness of and ensures that special dietary restrictions are always applied in preparation of food for each patient
