Job summary

Cornerstone Treatment Facility Network is seeking Temporary Full Time & Part Time Dietary Aides to join our Dietary Department. Responsibilities include food preparation, serving patients and staff, sanitation of all kitchen areas, receiving deliveries, and proper trash disposal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in quantities to cover service requirements; time preparation to meet service schedules; follow sanitary standards and use standardized recipes and portion control.

• Ensure sanitation of equipment and kitchen area including floors.
• Receive deliveries and check receipts against orders.
• Collect trash and dispose of it properly.
• Perform other assignments as delegated or required.

Cornerstone Treatment Facility Network is a respected leader and innovator in the chemical dependency treatment field for more than 25 years. We are currently seeking Temporary Full Time & Part Time Dietary Aides to join our Dietary Department.

General Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Preparation of all food in sufficient quantities to cover all service requirements, timing preparation to meet service schedules, and food handling in accordance with sanitary standards. Uses standardized recipes and portion control to prevent food waste and to assure high quality of products served.

• Serve patients and staff when assigned

• Responsible for the overall sanitation requirements of equipment and complete kitchen area including, but not limited to, sweeping & mopping
  floors.

• Receives deliveries and checks receipts against specifications and orders, as required.

• Collect trash and dispose of it properly

• Perform other assignments as delegated or required.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and write in English

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Kitchen experience preferred
