This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT. The initial cut-off date for referring eligible applications will be May 23, 2025. Applicants will be referred on an "as needed" basis thereafter.

Experience: A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality to demonstrate your ability to perform the work of this position. Evidence should be detailed in your resume. Applicants will be rated according to the OPM Federal Wage System Qualification Standards.

Screen-out Element: Your qualifications will be initially evaluated against the prescribed screen-out element, typically question 1 in the online questionnaire. Those meeting the minimum requirements are considered for further rating; those who do not are rated ineligible and eliminated. The remaining applicants are then rated against the following Job Elements:
